The importance of limiting screen usage

An interesting talk on screen/media usage. This is of particular interest to me in terms of sleep quality. Many of my clients come to me with sleep issues. Reflexology is a great therapy for dealing with this but it's also important to address what factors could be worsening the problem. Limiting the amount of screen usage during the day and especially before bed makes a huge difference to the quality/ quantity of sleep.
